TASTING NOTES
The olfactory impact is harmonious, which presents itself with a clear and intense perception of fruitiness of olives picked still green, alongside evident impressions of unripe apple, freshly cut grass, tropical fruits, wild and field vegetables. The very high fluidity in the mouth is followed by a high level of perception of nuts.

On the palate it is balanced and full, very pungent and bitter, not very sweet, with a fresh taste of chicory and cauliflower.

On the finish, it is rightly spiced with black pepper, with plenty of fresh walnut.

Recommended pairings: In the kitchen, the Lina pairs well with fennel soup, artichoke pie, pork chops, baked stuffed rabbit, bonito, and blue fish. Also pairs well with cooked vegetables, mushrooms, salads, and soups with a strong taste.

This oil can be used as a cooking or finishing oil. This product makes a wonderful gift.

Packaging: 16.9 fl. oz. (500 ml) DOP glass bottle with matching DOP plastic top and integrated pourer for easy use.

Store in a cool, dark place.

    Another winner!

Yet another great Evo oil from Exau. The Lina which is a little more delicate and fruity, pairs incredibly well with simple grilled white fish and or delicate desserts such as vanilla ice cream or a Genoise cake with whipped cream and some strawberries. 1000% recommended!

Like seriously... why do I buy a bottle at a time?

All 3 of the oils, Turi, Lina, and Avus are unbelievably delicious. Just found myself killing the bottle of Lina faster than the others.

My favorite oil they make! I use it pretty much everyday. The founders also do an incredible job offering transparency in the olive oil industry. Grazie Skyler & Giuseppe.

My favorite olive oil. Goes with everything and it reminds me so much of South Italy!
